Necessary storage

The site uses necessary cookies for secure sessions, form protection, request verification and authenticated areas. Blocking them can affect forms and login. External services, including WhatsApp and the Client Portal, have their own policies.

Statistics and choices

Our own statistics use sessionStorage for a random session identifier and localStorage for a preference only when you save a choice. There is no advertising analytics, cross-site tracking or device fingerprinting. Eligible visits are measured without an initial pop-up. You can disable statistics in the footer preferences; saved refusals and GPC/Do Not Track are respected. A visit is not recorded as consent.

A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or 4 hours in total. A saved preference lasts 180 days. Events and visits are retained for 90 days, encrypted technical IPs for 30 days and technical access audits for 180 days, followed by daily cleanup. These periods apply to this module, not all server logs or backups.

Disabling stops new collection in that browser and clears its statistics session; it does not automatically erase earlier records. You can also manage storage in browser settings. Passwords and form or conversation text are excluded. Technical IPs are separately restricted and audited, not publicly displayed.
